Smart HR offers a practical approach to Management Training for first time and first line managers.
Potential candidates include new managers (less than two years’ experience), as well as more experienced managers who have never had any formal manager or supervisory training. We have taken significant time to listen to managers about the challenges they face. Based on these discussions, Smart HR has developed a program that provides basic, fundamental training around a set of core managerial competencies that participants can immediately use to become more effective managers.
Our approach to training is one in which there is a focus on facilitated class room training that is delivered onsite at the client’s offices. The training includes group breakout sessions and “shared” discussions regarding management strategies and techniques that have proved successful. Class size is limited to a maximum of 30 participants and the core nine-module program can be offered over an extended period or in a more concentrated block of time; whatever works best for the client. Smart HR is pleased to develop and provide customized modules to meet the specific challenges and needs of each client.
