HR Audit & Compliance
The purpose of conducting an HR audit is to analyze the HR function to ensure regulatory compliance, that HR is aligned with the organization’s objectives and mission and the organization’s employees’ needs are met.
An audit involves a review of current practices, policies and procedures to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and where improvements may be needed.
