Smart HR offers a practical approach to Management Training for first-time and first-line managers.
Potential candidates for our management training include new managers (less than two years’ experience), and more experienced managers who have never had any formal managerial or supervisory training. We have taken significant time to listen to managers about their challenges. Based on these discussions, Smart HR has developed a program providing basic, fundamental training around a set of core managerial competencies participants can immediately use to become more effective managers.
Our approach to training focuses on facilitated classroom training delivered onsite at the client’s office. The training includes a few different aspects, like group breakout sessions, “shared” discussions about management strategies and our other techniques that have proven successful. Our class size is limited to a maximum of 30 participants. In general, our core nine-module program can be offered over an extended period of time or in a more concentrated block of time. This can be decided based on whatever the client prefers and fits into their schedule best.
