  • Provide HR advice and counsel on compliance, employee relations, and benefits management
  • Provide referrals for employee benefits, human resource management systems (HRMS), payroll, labor law, 401(k) administration, COBRA, work visas, etc.
  • Determine whether positions are defined as exempt or non-exempt according to FLSA Employee Classifications.
